Terms of Service
1. Billing and payments
1a. Payments will be made on a monthly basis using a 30 day month. Quarterly Payments are 90 days, Semi-Annual Payments are 180 days, and Annual payments are one Calendar Year for domains and SSL certificates 360 days otherwise.
1b. All payments for prepaid services are non-refundable. Payments refunded for service downtime or special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis but we reserve the right to refuse any refund request to anyone for any reason.
1c. Payments are due on or before the due date each month. If you have difficulty making a payment please contact support and we will consider making an alternate arrangement for you but we cannot guarantee we will be willing to make any special arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse to make any special payment arrangements for any client at our sole discretion and suspend service on the date due if not paid. A word of advice is it helps to be nice when making your request and it also helps to have a good payment history going back more then just a few months.
1d. Service will be suspended upon the due date or later then the due date at our sole discretion. Not receiving an email or other notice from us about an unpaid invoice is not an excuse for being late. It is the customers responsibility to know in advance when payments are due regardless of if they seen notification or not from us.
1e. Suspended service accounts will be held no more then 7 days from the date of suspension. At this point we cannot guarantee the preservation of any data contained within the service. If you feel you were suspended in error, or a report of fraud or charge back was made in error then this 30 day window protects the customer and gives ample time to clear up any misunderstandings, mistakes or make a payment to restore service.
1f. We reserve the right to refuse payment and cancel service at any time for any reason. A charge back or attempted fraud is almost an automatic cancellation of service with no refund except when this decision is reversed at our sole discretion.
all other policies should be considered to commonly accepted policies used within the hosting industry. The absence of a policy here does not mean the policy does not exist. We like to try and be flexible as possible with our clients but please use common sense in using our services or paying your bills.
